Abstrakt

This article presents the application of a selected card sorting tool in the study of an organization chart and labeling system. The aim of the project was to use the OptimalSort application to prepare card sorting studies in the Information Portal of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, carried out in February 2020, during the workshops at the 2nd National Scientific Conference “WIAD20”, devoted to information architecture. After a short introduction to the card sorting technique and the application selected for its implementation, the results of research carried out in a group of 12 people are presented.
