Abstract

The aim of this article is to discuss the potential of using generative artificial intelligence tools in the teaching process at universities, with particular emphasis on humanities and social sciences. The ability to effectively use these tools is becoming one of the most important competencies in the modern labor market, which makes the inclusion of these solutions in teaching programs as justified as possible.

Generative artificial intelligence, due to its versatility can be applied to various educational tasks, ranging from supporting graphic design to data analysis and processing, as well as automating programming tasks. Tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Designer and Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud assist both lecturers and students, enabling tasks to be completed more quickly and efficiently. It is crucial to promote an ethical approach to using artificial intelligence so that these technologies support the learning process without neglecting critical thinking and a comprehensive understanding of the subjects being studied.
